Technical characteristics :

Grape variety : 100% Muscat petit grain.
Amount Planted : 5 ha.
Yield : < 50 hl/ha.

Les façades méditerranéennes sont essentiellement constituées de sédiments tertiaires (sable, argile) et quaternaires ( cailloutis)
 Climate : Mediterranean with an influence of the pond of Thau which brings a beneficial moisture for the white wines.

Vineyard : Compartmental selection Collects night in order to preserve the Suivi flavours of maturity and analyzes sensory bays .

Vinification :
Eraflage/foulage Important work of protection of musts against pellicular oxidation Maceration from 8 to 12 H at low temperature Extraction of the juice by direct pressing Addition of yeast with selected yeasts and controls temperatures of fermentation. Breeding out of tank.


Alcohol content: 12,5 % Vol. Organoleptic qualities :

Color : Pale yellow, brilliant with the green reflections.
Nose : The nose intense and is marked by the fruit muscatel and the floral notes
Palate : The mouth is tender and light with a beautiful freshness of slightly mentholated lemon grass. Good persistence.

Serve between 10 and 12°.

Serving suggestions : Aperitif, fruit salad of sea, fish roasted, foie gras semi-cooks.
