Technical characteristics :

Grape variety : 100 % Piquepoul
Amount Planted : 7.5 ha
Yield : 80 hl/ha
Vineyard : Plot selection
Harvested at night to protect the flavor
Monitoring of maturity and sensorial analysis of the berries.
Vinification : Harvested at night
Peeling/pressing
Juice extraction through direct pressure
Selected yeasts are added with close monitoring of the fermentation temperatures.
Matures in vats.
Alcohol content : 12.5% Vol

Organoleptic qualities :

Color : Very bright yellow with flashes of green.
Nose : Floral scents dominated by citrus fruit (lemon in particular).
Palate : Very dry wine.
Direct and lively yet pleasant attack.
It is fruity with hints of citrus fruit such as grapefruit which last through the finish.

Serve between 10 - 12°C.

Serving suggestions : Serve with a platter of shellfish or other types of fish.
